PCN's and Markers and age

Someone recently asked if their Pacifica's were supposed to look dormant.
Having gone through this and having watched for them to spring back up I
can tell you that if they look domant they are probably going to stay
dormant forever. As for permanent markers I have found that Listo Marking
Pens will hold up for 4 or 5 years. The writing has actually outlasted some
of my metal stakes. It is a grease pen and has a  crayon like refill.
Comes in white or black.
