Gunnar,
What you want, as others have said, is a cleaner with chlorine bleach.
The English chemical name is *Sodium hypochlorite*. In German it is
*Chlornatron* or chloride of soda. Look for that. The rest of your
ingredients are perfectly good German chemical names, except for Anjoniska
tensider, which must not be equivalent to the German. My guess would be
ammonium something.
The powdered cleaner works the same as using liquid bleach, the active
ingredient being chlorine from the hypochlorite.
