John, the ladybugs don't migrate very far, usually just a few miles at the
most. In much of the west they (paradoxically) head up into the mountains.
Then in spring they simply disperse from their hibernation site. It's not
like the Monarch Butterflies, that migrate back to California and Mexico
every fall.
