Re: losing rhizomes

Hi Rosalind,
     Welcome to the group.
     Most likely your iris on the north side of the house are not going to
suceed at much besides some foliage. Like most blooming plants,  most iris
prefer 6 hrs of sunshine to do well. Any chance you can find them some
sunshine? Or try a differant variety. Or put them in pots for better drainage
and let them set out in the sun .
