Betty,

I checked Perry Dyer's catalog along with the ones from Shephards and
Aitken's Salmon Creek.  None of them currently list Sorbet.  That doesn't
mean that they don't have it.  You also might want to check with Joe Ghio at
Bayview Gardens.
