REB: Ottawa (!) Rebloom Report

Generally we complain about rebloom reports... because we never get to make
them.
This year, however, we have
1. Champagne Encore (Aitken '97)
2. Precious Little Pink (Byers by Dickey '95)
The first was worthwhile. The second probably won't see September 2000. It did
get me back into the garden just before dark today; where, to our surprise and
delight, Mariposa Autumn is now showing a spike.
