I haven't the room this year...I am sure you understand. I have purchased
the absolute maximum rhizomes that I have allocated space for. This being
this the first year I have ever purchased from anyone other than Shepard's
Iris Farm, I was pleasantly surprised, yet totally unprepared for all the
"bonuses" I have received and still have coming. I think bonuses are great.
They make me feel not so bad about spending a fortune on one or any
particular root. .
I know that Stairway to Heaven grows wonderfully here in the Valley Of The
Sun (Phoenix). I usually see it every year at Shepard's Iris Garden
standing magestically and proud. . It is one of the favorites among iris
growers around here. I can see also why it might get the Dykes... Hmmm, it
would probably be a good parent to cross with something...any ideas???
