Dennis, you've changed your email address? what does badbear signify? bears
in your neighborhood? A son of a friend went bearhunting in Maine last week
and was one of the few in the group that shot a bear! I understand most of
the meat is too tough to eat.
Re the Blackberry Llly. I try to "keep" it growing in my garden, but need
some more - I have a sentimental attachment to it because I found it growing
at the family gravesight in N.C. -- this was in a corner of the plantation
where the monuments, etc were being taken over by the woods and the property
has been taken over by non-family after being in my grandmother's family
since the landgrant from Lord Granville way back in ancient history. The
original house burned down about 20 years ago, sad to say - But i could never
grow anything from seeds anymore, so I'm looking for the plant. Rosalie nr
