Hullo, Kimberley,
If someone local has not already informe, I find Psiguria in my cope of
Mabberley, The Plant Book, entry as follows: Psiguria Necker ex Arn.,
Cucurbitaceae. 15 species from tropical America. Tough flowers visited
by birds but also butterflies that mix pollen with nectar, causing it to
pre-germinate and release amino-acids taken up by butterflies, which,
therby, live up to 6 months (much more than allied species).
That does not help you in cultivation or anything, but may help you to
live much longer if you go about it right.
Best of wishes and long life
