Way Off topic

I wonder if any of you good folks can help.  I need to look at a few
web-based (not mirc) chat rooms, in order to see how they function
before recommending alterations to an existing one that is not
functioning terribly well.  Have any of you got any URL's I can look
at?  I'm not worried about subject matter (preferably decent and
wholesome!), I just need to see how they work properly  - scrolling
text etc.
