Besides the Hibiscus, it looks like you've photographed Solandra nitida (S. guttata), CHALICE VINE or CUP-OF-GOLD VINE, and a species of Echinopsis (the cactus), which can only be confirmed to species by the bloom.
Several poeple have identified correctly the golden flowers, as to the other I can get no nearer then Joe. So many small barrel cacti are so alike they are only properly identifiable when in flower. I just want to point out the shoots sticking out all round the clump are new vegetative growth, not flower buds. it looks as if it urgently needs a larger pot!
