If you are receiving this email, which was sent to the UC Davis version of the email forum, you should:

Check that you’ve been receiving message from M*@freelists.org.

If not, and you with to continue with that NEW group, go to this page for info about how to subscribe:

All of you should check your various contact lists and remove the OLD M*@ucdavis.edu email to avoid accidentally sending messages to that old list.  No doubt you have this email address in your contacts NOW because of the recent accidental activity in the group.

I had requested that the old group be deleted quite a while ago, but it obviously did not happen.
