Lophostemon (syn. Tristania)

Could this be Lophostemon confertus (was Tristania conferta) common name here is
Brisbane Box? It has a seed capsule much like the Eucs and peeling bark. It's
often used in the frost free parts of the Bay Area as a street tree for broad
avenues.
