Try Dragon Naturally Speaking. They have professional dictionaries that can
be bought. The other option is to load in a paper or reference with your
most often used terms. The program can `learn' your voice and build a
response dictionary based on your recital of the paper. Within 5 days you
can be up to 98+% accuracy.
