Pandorea will probably be to tender for Tuscany, you can skip that one. But if you find Macfadyena unguis cati (it really has cat claws to cling to old walls and trees), it has nice yellow flowers in spring, which are worth trying.
I'll never forget a magnificent old Pandorea pandorana (Bignonia australis) climbing up the castle wall of Chateau Ansouis near Aix-en-Provence.  The aged trunk was the size of a telephone pole, but twisted and knarled.  The glossy foliage looked fresh in the heat of early summer.  Olivier, does Tuscany get colder than  this part of Provence?  It was at the top of a hill and on a south facing wall.
What a vine!
