If they don't receive enough sun in winter, they won't
bloom. They do just fine under deciduous trees with
quite a bit of shade in summer however. If they are
in full sun, the only reason I can think that they
wouldn't be blooming is either they have been recently
transplanted, or getting too much water with poor
draining soils?
