Here's a few that I think would work very nicely for
you:

Correa (various)
Dianella
Galvesia speciosa
Grevillea (there's some very nice low ones, including
'Bronze Rambler')
Hardenbergia violacea (on the ground)
Hemerocallis (some do better in shade than others)
Myoporum parvifolium
Sollya heterophylla

These are tough-as-nails plants that will tolerate a
WIDE range of conditions (which is what it sounds like
you have).
