Anthurium, very close to A. salviniae
from Costa Rica. The leaves can get up to about 6 ft long and 2 ft
wide.

I have some pictures of an unknown plant of mine. I've placed
them on my "caudiciform" page although I doubt it is a caudiciform.
You can see it at http://www.charlies-web.com/caudiciform/contentsunk.html
I'm
sending these pictures to the expert plant people on the Mediterranean
list and to the editor of "The Amateur's Digest" a magazine of
caudiciforms. I hope somebody will recognize it. The inflorescence bears a
very distant likeness to Anthurium and to the Calla Lily. I don't expect
that to help in identification but I do hope it piques your curiosity
enough to take a look! Thanks for any help! ---Chas--- --
