Re: Mimosa/Acacia-like shrub identification?

Hello,

My sister has these growing on her side yard in the Central Valley of California and I have always wondered what they were - thanks for the identification.  They don't get any summer water and seem to exist.  Some, I believe, have reseeded themselves along her yard.
