Cestrum nocturnum

Years ago, I grew Cestrum nocturnum in the bay area of California when I lived there and loved it (although the nursery where I bought it told me it was a dwarf - I planted it under my bedroom window and it quickly reached the eaves of my house and I had to keep chopping it back).
 
I just purchased a plant and am wondering how it will do in the central valley in full sun?  What would be the eventual height and width of this plant and any recommendations on care?
