Anyone have experience with Eucalyptus papuana?

Water use -- surprisingly drought-tolerant for being from New Guinea (not a "Med." climate species)

 

 

litter -- no more than most Eucs

 

 

fire -- I'm sure it burns as well as most Eucs

 

 

brittleness -- as brittle as most

 

 

It's also remarkably hardy.  There's a few around here (zones 15, 16, 17).  It has fairly nice bark but otherwise I see no reason to choose this Euc over so many more that offer more aesthetically-pleasing qualities.  I really like another New Guinea species, E. deglupta, but it won't grow up here.
