Fascinating story! I've never seen 'Colocho' (or 'Bontrosai'). Will keep a lookout for it - earlier this year I missed the open day for the National Collection Holder of Pelargonium - maybe next year...

I am always watching seedlings in my garden, wondering if they are indeed what I think they are, or something that might have died out years ago, or even a hybrid between a genus group I collect.  But this was quite unexpected!
