RE: Mimosa pudica

I did a few web searches and found that out too (but no cultural info)
:). Fortunately its one plant i do not want in my garden because its
very spiny (i dont even want roses because of that). The giant
sensitive plant has a potential to cause the death of any animals or
people entrapped in its thickets. Also, i want this in my house where i
can enjoy it. I dont think it would survive well in this area. Right
now it looks quite gawky since its a seedling, hopefully ill get some
seed so if this one goes, ill be able to grow new plants.

BTW: One research lab who worte about Mimosa pudica, said on a web page
that the seeds had 2% viability after 19 years of storage.
