wasps vs scale

An orange tree and some potted abutilons in my greenhouse were covered
with scales on both sides of the leaves and along the stems.
I stuck them outside, hoping that maybe the rain or some birds might clean
them off. To my surprise, about three different kinds of wasp have been
working on the plants every day. They are very thorough, searching every
part of the plants from the ground up, and removing the scales. The orange
tree, which I put out first, is almost completely clean. I wish they would
go inside the greenhouse, too.
