Re: Time to plant saffron?
Hi, Nan, I had a pot of saffron crocus which I used to just leave in the pot
here in our zone, water lightly, throughout, and they would come up when
they were ready. (my son-in-law threw it out one time, cleaning up, when it
was dormant). Big bummer, I told him how much it cost, oh, well. he's anal
retentive, he also coils up the hose, immediately, after he uses it. I do
believe August is the month when they mailed them out to me to plant.
