All the more reason that imported seed should be acquired from responsible
sources. Even botanic gardens can get their Index Seminum entries mixed up.
I am still looking for viable seed of Ferula asafoetida and F. galbaniflua.
By the way, I just spoke to my friends at UNC Chapel Hill, and the DIGITAL
FLORISTIC SYNTHESIS OF NORTH AMERICA will finally become available from the
University of North Carolina in a couple weeks. After much tweaking, the
master copy went out and the first CD-ROM issues will be shipped soon.
I don't have the contact info yet.
