Help *please*: need fresh eugenia prunings...

I've also posted this to rec.gardens, but this seems like a good
place to ask for help for my eugenia as well. I planted 4 cute
little eugenia shrubs back in the early spring, and at this point
they've become very beautiful 6' shrubs (well, in my opinion *smile*).
However, I'm also seeing a lot of psyllid presence and some
damage. I had heard that the tamarixia parasitic wasp was released
in our area, so that I thought that we'd be safe with this. But
I found out later that these were released in the next county north
of us, and they evidently haven't made it here to Santa Cruz, yet.
Or if they have, they're not in my backyard...

After looking for the wasps commercially, and being told that they
aren't available since they've been freely released, I was told
that if I put fresh eugenia prunings from shrubs that have the
psyllids and the wasps under my shrubs, the wasps will migrate
into my shrubs and do their thing there.

So, what I need to locate is some kind soul that will box up
a nice batch of fresh prunings from eugenia that have psyllids
and wasps, and send them to me. I'll be more than glad to pay
for any costs (plus something for your trouble?) in trade for
saving my baby plants from eugenia psyllids. If I can't get the
wasps going, I'll have to choose between spraying and removing
these very pretty plants, and I don't want to have to make that
choice.

If you can help me, please email me and we'll make arrangements.

Thank you very much.
