Olivier -

This lavender was introduced by a nursery of the same name in Southern 
Oregon and is very popular in California.  I checked their web site 
regarding this cultivar and they do not list the parentage (I think it 
appeared as a chance seedling):

You might contact Jim & Dotti Becker at Goodwin Creek Gardens to see if 
they know more (info@goodwincreekgardens.com).

I think I would agree with you on the parentage - its appearance would 
suggest that to me also.

attachement - are you replying using a browser composer of some other
