I don't remember seeing any of these for sale, except at small specialist nurseries. Friends and I have grown some of them from seed - the peony, daphnes and Clematis campaniflora.
We all sell some plants a couple of times a year at plant sales, but we would never sell any of our seedling species peonies. Typically a seed packet will have around 5 seeds, and needs to be bought from a collector at a high price. They are slow growing. I imagine this is why they are not available at garden centres. Maybe when our own plants get large and start producing seeds, we will have enough seedlings to sell. Who knows how long that will be?
I have several of Clematis campaniflora and enjoy the dainty flowers. If I thought one of mine was a good form, I could root cuttings for sale. I think the other one, flammula, can be weedy.
