I have a cultivar of Polygonum paronychia that I bought at Yerba Buena Garden in Woodside (California). A long way from the Costa Blanca, but maybe you can find something similar there. Roots from stems, and spreads by seed, but not particularly invasive. Takes pruning well.

I would like something with a bigger more dramatic flower than the P.nodiflora........if possible. Any ideas Pamela Costa Blanca ( cold but sunny today)
