Re: Romneya coulteri


 I have no direct experience with RC, but while visiting a residence north of
 Albuquerque came upon a plant in the gentleman's backyard. I was quite
 suprised to see it, especially since his house was in one of the colder
 micro-climates.

 He said the plant frosts back to the ground every winter (usual lows in the
 teens and single degrees). Next time I'm in CA I'll acquire plants for the
 garden and try it.
