A memorial service for J.C. Raulston will be held at 2 p.m. Jan. 19 at
NCSU's McKimmon Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out to
the N.C. Agricultural Foundation. Please add "For the Arboretum Education
Center In Memory of J.C. Raulston" on the check's memo line. Mail to N.C.
Agricultural Foundation, Box 7609, Raleigh, NC 27695-7609.
My Addition: N.C. Agricultural Foundation is a taxfree foundation. I am
sure J.C.'s greatest dream beyond putting new plants into our garden was
to have a center where groups to hold meetings and for the general public
to have access to more details about the plants existing in the garden.
Let us not have this dream die with him!
