Something scandalous...?

Yes, Ailanthus altissima, the tree of heaven (honestly, who thought up 
that name?) is definitely a "must." Possibly tree-tobacco (Nicotiana 
glauca) and prickly pear cactus could be added. The latter would 
compliment the texture of the pampas grass.

I've been looking through everyone's suggestions and almost feel inspired
to plant up the World's Worst Garden. We have such a magnificent list of 
obnoxius weeds. Of course, it would be a very ambitious project. Maybe it 
could be enacted on a small oceanic island, so we could study how all the 
plants interracted and future generations could see what was left (which 
plant would win?)
