oooh! Oooh! You forgot ground ivy (i.e., gill-over-the-ground, Glechoma
hederacea) and alfalfa (Medicago sativum)! The grey green of the ground
ivy and the blue green of the alfalfa look so charming together,
particularly if you interplant them with peppermint. Why, a planting
like this has survived in my dense dry clay Santa Fe yard for 14 years!!
