Visit the website:

and select the 'in print' section.  There are various ways to get
to individual book pages - by title, date, region, etc.  Once you
are on a page for an individual title, look for the Barnes & Noble
icon hyperlink.  This will open a new browser window for the B&N
site and display that book in question.  Since you've entered the
site from our pages in this way, anything you purchase during that
session will be logged to our site.  If you wish to purchase the
book later, be sure and re-enter the B&N site via our pages again
if you wish us to get the credit.


We originally added the B&N links for convenience of our readers.
It was also hoped that this would help support the site financially
through the perk that we'll get some sort of kick-back for doing so.
As of this date, I have not been notified by B&N of any activity or
purchases which originated from our site (i.e. we haven't received
anything for this effort).  There was some controversy about using
B&N which has already been discussed.  As site designer, I am very
interested in working out other options to represent quality
small booksellers who specialize in horticultural titles - something
many Medit-Plants people felt would be appropriate.  If anyone has
a financial model or concept with regard to this idea, and is
willing to help make it happen, or if anyone would like to discuss
these matters further, please contact me directly (i.e. lets not
discuss it again on the list, please).
