That's the one Sean - although the pic is that of the green form.  The
variegated form was I believe, thought to be extinct until a few years
ago when it was re-discovered in Hawaii and brought back to the US.
I'm pretty sure it is still there and has not traveled to Europe yet.
I've seen pics of it on the Glasshouse works site.  Sadly they stoutly
refuse to reply to any e-mails, so no joy there!  The combination of
those matt textured, broad pleated leaves, together with creamy white
margins and rich almost currant red stems make it a ravishing plant
and one that I simply must have.  However, the fellow who could bring
it back is currently on the other side of the US hence my asking if
anyone in FL. can help.

That settles it - our very infrequent plunges to minus 2.8 or 3C would
suit it just fine.  I'm convinced it would be a immense success  at
least in the south of the country.  Now all we need to do is get it
introduced here.
