Oxalis pes-caprae info?

On a message board I visit, one of the questions was about Oxalis
pes-caprae (actually the poster needed it identified). I told him about
it, and said it doesnt spread by seeds but by rhizomes, and bulbs. He
still disputes me (i'm pretty sure i am correct), so I need some help here
to help convince this guy.
