This is indeed a very helpful thing to do! May I recommend that people
(who have not already done so) set up a ".sig" file with this
information in it. The contents of this file are then added
automatically to the end of every email you write.
Some email programs do (I believe) make some provision for alternative
"sigs" where different ones may be different addressees. (Or there are
more roundabout ways of achieving this.)
The two lines (starting below "--") appearing after my signature below
are the contents of a ".sig" file.
