Hi,
I am thinking of buying the following trees for my garden as
screening from roadside and neighbouring property:-
Lagunaria patersonia
Brachychiton
acerifolius
Ficus australis
Ficus nitida
Chorisia spinosa
I am looking for low maintenance, moderate growth, low litter,
drought tolerant, no problem, trees. I intend to plant them in
the lower part of the garden which is not so free draining and slightly damp in
a wet winter as there is a 6 foot hedge and the low winter sun doesn't get
to it. Has anyone had major problems with any of the above? Any
advice would be welcome.
Many thanks,
Maria
