It is a publication which seems to have been issued in a whole series of regional versions (probably each with its own chief editor and local distributor) . Ours for instance has a New Zealander Geoff Bryant as chief editor and is published by David Bateman. It seems to be pretty well known and any bookshop which deals in horticutural books will stock it I am sure.

It ran through three editions between 1997 and 1999 when the version I have was produced. Maybe there have been more since.

Flora is from the same stable with the same chief Editor. My copy seems to be a specifically NZ Edition (Not even Australasian) lists a whole page of local consulatants/contributors and has a forward by the Director of the Auckland Botanic Garden who is prominent in local Horticultural circles. It claims to list more than 20,000 plants. It was also published by Bateman.(in 2003).
No doubt there are corresponding North American and European editions also.
