One of the interesting things that I've observed in my garden is that
in the area where there's a lot of shrubs and different plants, Oxalis
pes caprae is not nearly as much of a thug as it is int he less
diverse, less planted areas. Even there, it's not quite as much of a
thug as it is in the side yard which is totally untended.  In the most
planted part, I do see plants, but they tend to be widely spaced, not
a carpet as in the entirely untended part of the garden.
