As far as I know, Tithonia species are usually yellow flowered. Your plant looks more like a Montanoa, perhaps M. atriplicifolia. More of a scandent shrub than a true vine, but it will sprawl and climb up into adjoining plants. I can't see enough detail in your photos to be decisive, but I thought I saw a glimpse of a typical Montanoa seed pod forming, they are distinctive to the genus, compare your plant with Montanoa grandiflora, which should be full of similar greenish tinted seed pods this time of year.
