[medit-plants] MGS Seed List Offerings

Has anyone this year - 2025 - successfully received requested seeds from Chantal?  The envelope for my recent order mailed from France in late January arrived yesterday.  It had been opened at the NYC Port of Entry and the seeds destroyed by APHIS personnel.  Chantal always sends a customs declaration with the seeds but without a phytosanitary certificate the seeds were deemed not authorized for entry and therefore deemed “prohibited."

My former APHIS small lots of seeds permit has expired.  Has anyone successfully received MGS seeds recently without having  a current permit?  This is the first time an MGS order for me has not sailed through customs.
