Yes. I keep a willow bush in a 10-gal pot (so it won't get too big) just so
I will have a source for twigs when I want to make willow water.
Usually, I just stick a couple of freshly-cut willow twigs AND my important
cuttings into a jar and fill the jar up with water. By the time the willow
twigs are well-rooted, the other things are usually also starting to form
roots.
