re: Centaurea

In my garden, Centaurea montana is my biggest "thug" and I've been
trying to get rid of it for years! It can seed itself into the
tiniest cracks, and has a way of insinuating itself right into the
middle of a precious delicate thing (like Primula seiboldii when it's
dormant) or bumping up against one of my lovely pleiones. Tough to
get the entire root out when it's growing in such a tricky spot. (It
is a nice blue, I'll have to admit).
