Re: Russell Page exhibition

Could you tell us if the catalogue is going to be on sale to
non-visitors to the Russell Page exhibition - that is, simply as 'a
book' - and, if it IS going to be on sale, how much it will cost and
what the method will be for getting hold of a copy (address to write
to, currencies or cards accepted, person or institution to whom
cheques should be made payable, etc)?
