Ah yes, this last point is a good one...when my mom was a wee think in
Greece, she went out with her grandmother one misty spring morning to
collect snails. My mom-to-be thought they were so fascinating that she
brought all her friends over to look at them. What she didn't do was to
replace the cover of the basket. They can move pretty quickly
considering they only travel at a snail's pace, and by the time her
grandmother came in, they were all over the walls and ceilings. :)
