I gave up on trying to get rid of it. The only way I could see my hard
being devoid of it was if we dug the soild down three feet or so, and then
sieved it through very fine screen to get the blbs out. Then we would have
to watch for it invading from the neighbors yard. Suffice to say, I just
let it grow during the winter (about the only interesting thring in the
yard then) and in summer, clear off the dried up parts so the yard doesn't
look to o messy.
