LEGALLY, you can use commercial pesticides only on
plants for which the product has been registered
(listed on the label) and only in a manner consistent
with the label directions.

So, does the pesticide producer even know that there
is suchs a thing as a "pluot" and if the producer
does/did, would it be worth the producer's money to
register it for such a small use?
