Fw: Fw: Botanic and Flora Compared

Kathy:
I have also donated two of my older ones to my less garden savvy friends who benefit greatly even from the older edition.  It's all about sharing the botanical love.

I think those of us in the
Western U.S. are quite lucky to have the Sunset Western Garden Book, which I
consider to be like my Bible at church - when I head to the nursery, I often
take a copy with me, just for reference.
So true Karrie ! I must say though I would gladly pay an extra 20 bucks for a book that had more photos than line drawings -I guess that is why Botanica is so good- I can look up the photo there and get extremely regional cultural info from Sunset.Whenever a new update of the Western Garden Book comes out I buy the new and put the old one in may car so I have it with me wherever I go.
